DELHI: BJP Member of Parliament Nishikant Dubey has initiated a substantive motion in the Lok Sabha aimed at disqualifying Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, demanding not only the cancellation of his current membership but also a lifetime ban on him from contesting future elections.
