BAREILLY: Speaking from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, Maulana Razvi has made a poignant plea to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging him to take a diplomatic stand in the escalating tensions between Israel and Iran. At a press conference, the cleric emphasized, "This war is not the solution to any issue. The solution is dialogue, and the issue should be resolved only through dialogue." Razvi commended Iran for its steadfastness, noting that the nation has managed to stand firm against what he described as "America's pride and Israel's arrogance." He argued that Iran's resilience has infuriated the United States and created panic within Israel's ranks, which, according to him, has led them to seek a coup in Iran — a move he regards as implausible.

The cleric's call for Modi to mediate is grounded in India's historically balanced relations with both Israel and Iran. "I want to tell Prime Minister Modi that he has good relations with America, Israel, and Iran, and on the basis of those relations, he should mediate and stop this war," Razvi stated.
