Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw emphasized the significance of this collaboration for India during his address, affirming the nation’s strategic efforts to enhance its semiconductor ecosystem through participation in the U.S.-led coalition Pax Silica, aimed at establishing a resilient supply chain for critical minerals and artificial intelligence.

Emphasizing the need for widespread training opportunities, Cormann underscored the essential role of effective public policy to harness AI's full potential while safeguarding employment.
